fraternity recruitment
by: QuestionI am a senior in HS and will be rushing next year. Are the guys recruitment the same as the girls where you go to all the houses and rank each day and attend prefs etc? And are letters of recommendations required?

No. The first day you visit all the house. Later, the frats vote on who they want and who they don't. You pick a max of 7 from who still wants you, then you go back to those the second day. After the second, you pick your maximum of 3 for pref night. On pref night you visit those three for over an hour, then bid day you get your bids and pick who you pledge. Remember, you have to meet as many people as possible, so the parties before any of the official events are the most important.
