They will operate out of one of the fraternity houses during recruitment. That is what phi mu and alpha chi did last year, and will most likely do this upcoming year.

Chi O is doing a remodel of their house, as well as Pi Phi. Both will hold recruitment in fraternity houses (Chi O most likely in Pike, and Pi Phi most likely in Sigma Nu). Both houses are scheduled to be completed by August 2016! Be sure to ask them about the plans for their new house, girls will LOVE to tell you about how beautiful it'll be.

Pi Phi isn't remodeling, they're rebuilding. They've torn it down and are building from the ground up. Go on their site - it's going to be fabulous! Chi O is remodeling but kind of have to do it from the inside out because since they were started at UA their house is on the National Register of Historic Places & they have to keep the "face" of it. I haven't seen the plans but I'm sure it will be fab as well.
