grades and rush

coming in from high school i would have a 3.2 GPA but a 4.0 my senior year, will houses purely cut me based on grades without even getting to know me?
Even if i have really great conversations, as well as knowing many girls personally for a really long time will they still cut me because of my grades? I have a preference of three top houses and really want one of them
