I have heard from multiple Lambda Chi members that they do not have a real pledgeship. Also SAE has a 2 day pledgeship.

First of all SAE is required to have a 2 day pledgeship. But their pledgeship actually lasts the longest. Its an under the radar pledgeship and they go through hell.

KA just got back on campus two years ago and they have a huge house under construction. With so much riding on that, I doubt their pledgeship is very hard either.
