How many letters of support do I need in addition to my RIF? Are RIFs required at Arkansas?

Yes it is required for you to have a RIF for most of the houses, but there is no specific amount of rec letters needed. the more the better though!

Which houses need a riff? How do we find that out and how do we ask people to write us one if they dont know what a rif is lol?
