some thoughts

ChiO: You need to know someone, have a ton of recs and most likely a legacy to get in. In addition to great grades and lots of extra curricular activities. They have history, strong alumni, and a good reputation. They are 100% a top house. Some of them come from old money. They are nice but have a few girls who are slightly narassistic at times.
Zeta: The cheerleaders of highschool. They're very pretty and when October rolls around the go hard on their philanthropy. As far as I know they don't have a bad reputation at all. Legacy and knowing someone is super important.
Kappa Kappa Gamma: The girls all the guys joke about marrying one day. You don't have to be super religious to fit in but it is kind of a theme. I know a girl who wore chacos every day during rush and got in. Not saying that's bad at all because they are definitely a respectable(top) house to be in. If your more conservative than your parents this is your house.
Pi Phi: They have great (if not the best?) GPA. Super laid back, next door type girls. I don't have anything bad to say about Pi Phi at all. They're really fun and happy girls and the next four years of your life with them will be the best.
