What makes Kappa a top house? I never see or hear anything about them

top grades, top housing, top alumnae support, wanted house during recruitment, girls involved on campus, classy, great philanthropy events fundraising and service

and they didn't even have to mention looks, which some groups use as their only selection criteria. Kappa looks at everything and is very selective. They have pretty girls but thats not the only thing they look at.
