If you were to rank the houses honestly and truly:

TOP TIER: KKG & PI PHI

UPPER: XO, TRI DELT, & ZTA.

MIDDLE: AOII, KD, & PHI MU

LOWER: ADPi & AXO

This is not just a "which frat likes who the best" ranking (though I took that in to consideration. This is based on GPA, number of Greek events they place in on campus, the success of philanthropy fundraising, and the opinions of the twelve guys/girls sitting in my room.

If you want to question this, look at the HOCO pairings. Top sorority houses are paired with lower frats, and top frat houses are paired with lower sororitys for "equality purposes".

If you aren't top tier, it isn't the end of the world. It doesn't even mean you are a bad house, it just means you aren't the best. Top houses are very strict on GPA and participation in events and that is why they always win, and thus are considered "Top Houses."
