Couldn't agree more. Pi phi has fallen, tridelt has an outstanding PC'14, and everyone who has been putting KD in the top has no idea what they're talking about. Also I feel like phi mu will probably rise upon the completion of their house in 2017.

switch pi phi and tridelt and this is completely accurate. tridelt has a good pledge class but it isn't THAT good
