Is a 3.0 acceptable to rush with? Also, is being a 4 time legacy something houses will favor?

Yes a 3.0 is acceptable just not great. And generally yes houses will at least recognize legacies it's just not a guaranteed in!

You would be considered a grade risk for us but I'm sure it's fine for other houses.
