grades

with a 2.9-3.0 will i get a bid from a house? are some houses more concerned with grades than others?

ADPi and AXO, maybe Phi Mu. The other houses will cut you the first night.

phi mu dropped everyone below a 3.0 the first day, then eventually the girls that were boderline

Grades are super important to sororities. If you have a low GPA in high school, chances are your GPA will be low in college. GPA is a big deal in Greek life so yeah some houses will cut you first night just because of GPA.

You will be a grade risk for most, but it's still possible to get a bid from some houses. Try it out and see for yourself, you don't have to accept a bid or even go through the entire rush process if you don't want to.
