It's sad! If ur happy in ur own sorority, why do u worry about everyone else's? Be satisfied where u are! U can build up ur house without tearing down others!!!

any "fratboy" who posts on the sorority page. They know NOTHING about what really goes on in the meetings or the houses. The only things they judge are the things that are really not that important. Any girl looking for a sorority can find good things in any house. Become involved in the chapter and try to contribute. If you do, you'll be happy no matter where you land.

I'm coming to Arkansas in the fall and everyone in my family is a Theta! Why aren't they at Arkansas anymore? And will they come back?

At u of a long time ago! Were any of your family members Arkansas thetas? Back then, there weren't enough girls going thru rush to support more than the long-standing top five sororities. The others barely hung on...things have changed. There are record numbers of girls pledging now, so new sororities are coming to fayetteville...which is great! Unfortunately, theta isn't one of them, but maybe someday!!!

you plan on going through rush, IGNORE this site. It's stupid, rude, and just plain mean. Make your decision based on your impressions of the girls in the houses and keep an open mind. If you want to be in a sorority, you'll be happy no matter where you land. There are great girls in every house. Likewise, there are girls in each house who go rogue.

Always have been five fabulous sororities at the U of A...KD isn't one of them; they need to drop...then it's pretty accurate, although the top 5 are interchangeable!

Things at the U of A have been changing. It is naive to thing they will stay the "fabulous 5" forever. They are all still great, but others are stepping up, including KD. Some people just don't want to admit it. Just for the record, not hating on any of the top ones...just saying others are starting to step it up and get up there with them, so they deserve some more credit.
