bids during rush

Hi, I'm from out of state and I'm really interested in rushing when I attend the U of A next year. However, I've heard some rumors of how a lot of the local "Fayetteville" girls and girls from surrounding areas only rush their friends who they went to high school with? Is this true and if so what houses are mainly the ones taking most of the Fayetteville girls they went to high school with?
