Chi-O is NOT too tier anymore, especially with these last 2 pledge classes. I don't know.....guess they are having to take too many legacies or something.
Pi-Phi should be moved up to top tier along with Kappa.
Also, I would possibly move AOPi up to upper middle- but definitely move Tri-Delt down to lower middle/upper bottom. I see AXO moving up slightly within the next couple of years IF they get plans for a house.

I completely agree with you on all of this. Pi Phi needs moved up, same with AOPi. Tri Delt and definitely Chi O need moved down. I think there are going to be a lot of shifts in the tiers this year.

this is not correct. Kappa and Pi PHi are top not chi O but whether you like it or not KD is up there with Chi O a. Tri delta is lower. this is a terrible list.

Really Kd is top tier. I don't know if you got cut but no way is tr I delta or zeta before kd.
