fraternity recruitment

I am looking into a few SEC schools and will definitely be rushing. Arkansas is in my top two. Is fraternity recruitment different at Arkansas than at other schools? I was looking through their facebook page and they have rho chis, house tours, and pref, just like sororities. Or can we get an early bid by meeting the brothers during the summer?

You can get a pre bid by going to the parties over the summer, knowing guys in the house, etc, but you still have to go through formal rush
