plus if you present yourself as the girl who wears certain brands, and you get a bid based on that, and then the first day of pledgeship you go back to your normal non-Lilly style, you'll be miserable in a house full of Lilly girls.

there's a good reason everyone says "be yourself". It's not just some hippy-dippy self-esteem mom crap. It's because if you act like someone you're not during recruitment, you're not going to find the right house.
