I agree with the top tort and bottom tier.
I would change middle so it is like this.

TOP
KKG PBP

UPPER MIDDLE
ZTA KD XO DDD

MIDDLE
PM AOP

LOWER
ADP AXO

I'm not being specific about exact placement within tiers because that is a fine line, but these are definitely the tiers at U of A.
