There are maybe 100 girls, not including girls who opt to leave recruitment that do not receive bids. Reasons may vary for why certain girls are not accepted. Some of those may include a GPA, some sororities cut sophomores(though some great houses don't so this shouldn't discourage you if you're a sophomore), if you have a widely known bad reputation, and others just because they aren't a good fit for a house. If you go into recruitment with a positive attitude and being yourself you will find a place that is good for you. I would not go into recruitment being scared of not receiving a bid. Act confidently and people will respond to that.
