Are alpha chi omega and phi mu getting houses soon?

If by soon you mean in the next year, no. The University has to find a location close to maple where they can have houses, then they need to accumulate the funding for the houses then eventually build them. 2 years minimum.

They lie to during recruitment every year saying they're getting a house.

Pi Phi is rebuilding though. They'll probably finish first.

a location, architect and construction company have been selected for both houses. Check the University building master plan. Phi Mu is suppose to be complete in late 2015.
