why argue?

Why is everyone on this site so obsessed with which sororities are "top tier" or whatever? It honestly really doesn't matter. I know for a fact that about 99% of all the girls in the "bottom tier houses" wouldn't change if they could. They love their sisters and their sorority. Why can't we just focus on being a part of our own house and not worry about all the rankings. Why argue over something that can't really be proven anyway?
