HS Senior DD & College Boyfriend
by: Ark_MomMy daughter is a senior in high school. Her boyfriend is already attending college and they have been dating for a year and a half. He would like for her to go with him to formal. How would her going with her longtime boyfriend affect her for sorority recruitment next fall? Would active members look down on her and would be dropped from houses if she went? She is just wanting to be sure she makes the best decision for her recruitment experience.

Going with her BF is not a problem but how she behaves will make or break her rush. There will be members from multiple sororities in attendance. This is her opportunity to make a good impression or the complete opposite. She needs to be SWEET to everyone and show she's FUN but not get drunk, crazy or sleazy, no matter what everyone else is doing because it's okay for them but not for her. Double standard at work here. She has to be above it all and hold to the highest standards. It's an excellent chance to show that she's a girl that the others want to see wearing their letters.
