Nice girls, but there are bottom houses on every campus.Once a house has that reputation, it shows recruitment after recruitment. As superficial as it is, a lot of pnm's care about status. Maybe once several more houses come to UArk, their ranking could go up.

They are so nice! Give them a chance!

Literally during rush as a pnm I went here first round and was the worst experience ever. I was sitting there talking to a girl hoping that someone like pull the fire alarm or something to get me out of this place. Happened with both girls I talked to that day where it was beyond awkward and they were terrible at talking. They don’t have a great retention rate and lots of girls drop. They never makes cuts which also makes them a bottom. There are definitely sweet girls in there but it’s slim pickings

AOII was the absolute most awkward, miserable house I attended during rush. All of the members had a scowl during parties.
As far as the physical house, it was actually my favorite. Just my style, and I loved it.
I couldn’t get over the weird vibe going on during the rush parties though.
Something was definitely off.
