Alpha phi recruitment

You would have interviews with their campus reps. If they are interested they would invite you to some get togethers with other girls they are looking at.

They will have their own mini recruitment. It will be selective and not everyone who expresses interest will get a bid. Alpha Phi will interview interested PNMs, have a sisterhood type round, and a pref. They will have their own Bid Day as well! Alpha Phi is very good and extremely experienced in establishing new chapters. They will choose the best girls out of those interested. Go for it if you’re interested, but do not expect a guaranteed bid from them. Hope that helps!

All you have to do is look at other Alpha Phi chapters in the SEC to see their formula: Barbie doll girls + partiers + low grades + not the highest standards = new chapter! To their credit it seems to work for them LOL.

This situation is difficult, because you're on a campus like Arkansas with a sorority such as Alpha Phi. NORMAL organizations will recruit and they will take upperclassmen because they are new. Alpha Phi, however, limits themselves with white or white-passing IG "models" and social media stars.

If it so happens that they are being wide-open with establishing recruits, go for it; any letters in college far outweigh being a GDI. Even being in a local sorority will get you involved with the social system better than being a involved with nothing. APhi rules historically and therefore nationally to this day.
If you're not already a member of an active sorority, you do not know about APhi's looks-based recruitment, and you will never have to care. Speaking in real-world terms, NOBODY cares, and will continue to pass their behavior.
