Alpha Phi house
by: Hey :)Will Alpha Phi have a house on campus? If not, are there plans for them to get one soon?

No freshman pnm from this year is going to get to live in an APhi house. Very likely not next year's either or even the year after. They will have to get to a certain number of members first and then their dues are going to be the highest of any sorority's for awhile to pay for it.

no, they’re not gonna get an official house for at least a year, if not more. the area around campus is very overcrowded. they might takeover a rent property on or around campus for rn, but it will be temp. i’m p sure their intention is to build a new house for the long term, central to campus, so it’s gonna take a bit of time to get the funds, land, etc.

Great. But the reps on campus aren't the actual membership of the chapter. That doesn't exist yet. No way to see what girls would actually be in it.
