3 tiers at UofA.
by: GoHogsGo
Tiers - based on difficulty to get into a house, because there are less spot’s available
XO - PiPhi - KKG - ZTA = a lot of city girls, private HS girls and Little Rock girls
DDD - ADPi = KD - PM = a lot of out of state girls, public HS involved girls and small town Arkansas girls
AXO - DG - AOPI - APhi (new next fall) = some top girl material ends up in these houses because they carried a tier 1 to pref and didn’t make the Final Cut. It’s very risky when you’re not 1000000% sure you are getting that tier 1 bid. There are just so many alumni & members pulling for their girls and if you’re from out of state with minimal connections IT’S A RISK that may or may not work out.

When is everyone going to understand a sorority is a social club, 19-22 year olds running rush. It is 90% connection based. Where did you go to school? Who does your family know? When there’s 2,200+ pnms how can you stand out and be noticed? It’s not your cute outfit or resume. It’s alumni & current members deciding who is going to join their social club and give them the best return for bid.
