2024 Three tiers Four in each tier !

CHI -O, KAPPA,ZETA, PI PHI ( can switch these around but leave chi o first!)
DDD, KD, ADPI, PHI MU ( can switch these around but DDD stays the same)
AXO, DG, AOPI, APHI ( can switch these around but AXO stays the same)
Anyone that argues these ranks in my opinion does not go here!

I don’t think anyone really sees ADPI on the same level as tri delt (or really even kd anymore). Adpi keeps getting worse

This is not true at ALL. AXO??? Nooo parents hate them as they have tons of billing issues and in house problems. They are mid and below DG which is a well-oiled machine of rich Texas girls and have the best looking house boys. XO is for Arkansas girls only, girls are plane looking. KKG has gone down past 3 years due to looks, KD ifkyk is a mid house due to looks alone!! Do you even GO HERE???? Phi Mu is basically non existant. Tri Delta used to be wealthy hopefully they get some Texas girls. Zeta is always a top house anywhere.
