Zta is Not a Top house
by: AnonymousAny house that is doing COB is just simply not a top house. I have heard of so many girls COB Zeta so there you go. Zeta is a mid tier house.

The fact they did cob is simply greed. As someone on Panhellenic they still have the largest members paying dues than any other sorority house in the country. It is laughable they did cob. They had the same pledge class as the other top houses. Every house has girls that have to drop because of financial and other reason. They have become very greedy with these large pledge classes and it’s sad.

It’s a fact that ALL houses lose girls throughout the years for various reasons and they have to drop. So let’s take that point off the table. But I will say that some houses take COBs or spring rush to maximize membership numbers which reduces membership fees. More money coming in means less fees for members and more money for function budgets…just a thought.
