I don’t think chi o has no competition. They lose to other tops. I know girls that chose to not take them to pref and/or did and chose other houses. These are popular girls with connections. I think kappa has fallen but DDD is not equal with them. Just because they make cuts first round and their alumni spends a lot of money on bid day for balloons doesn’t mean they are a top house. Zeta is a desired house especially among girls from out of state but pi phi gets the Arkansas girls.

I don’t think pi phi is that high?? They for sure won’t when I went through a couple of years ago. Many girls cut them early that I know

It is really messed up that the majority of girls don’t like kappa but you guys still say they’re top.

Chi o is a top house but not in a league of their own. Girls that have a choice do not always choose chi o!

Agree but also agree for a fact chi o loses to other houses. They are given such huge cut number night one which ensures they stay exclusive but the truth is not everyone wants to be a chi o. It pains them to know that.
