Good rush vs Bad rush

What do people mean saying a house had a good rush? How can you tell!? All the houses look fabulous to me and all the houses have absolutely gorgeous girls. Obviously I don’t know their personalities but if just LOOK at Inst for each house you really couldn’t tell what girl was in what house.
I get that exec knows if the r sorority had a good rush, but how does everyone else? Like saying DG had a rough year or Kappa lot a lot of their most wanted PNMs — how do you know?!

Girls come on here and tear each other down and act like they know numbers or percentages but they don’t. They MIGHT know their own sorority even then it’s hud stone girl on exec saying a number and people spread it. Some might know what they heard their roommate or friend say but again, no hard facts.
It’s all BS and the sororities that claim to know are full of it. No one has ever ever ever backed up their numbers with facts.
