bid day 2023: new ranks

top:
chio, kappa, pi phi.
these houses will always be top, idc about whatever recent scandal anyone of them has gotten in. top house has literally never meant scandal free (more often than not, they have the most scandals) so yeah.
upper mid:
tri delt, zeta
tri delt has stayed more or less the same. zeta has been creeping towards top for a while now. loved by pnm’s, zeta gets the girls they want, even stealing from top houses. fun involved girls.
mid: axo, kd
axo has been consistently drama-free and well liked by pnm’s. good campus rep, sweet, involved girls. kd, i would almost lean towards putting in upper mid but theyve gotten pretty unlucky with member retention this past year. chill, involved and sweet girls.
lower mid: phi mu, adpi, dg
phi mu gets a lot of attention from pnm’s, could be mid if they didn’t take so many rep risks. adpi had a great recruitment this year, hope to see them out on campus more, sweet girls but recent exec drama brought them down. pnm’s have been loving dg. they’ve had 3 great recruitments in a row, which has moved them out of bottom.
bottom: aopi
no hate to aopi. they’re a great house still with great girls. just not very sought after by pnm’s. bad member retention and rumors of losing their house has hurt aopi’s ranks.
