The tiers have always been and will continue to be
Top - Chi o, kappa, pi phi
Upper mid- zeta, tri delt
Mid - KD, phi mu, adpi
Lower - DG, axo, aoii

It takes a longggg time to change tradition

Completely INACCURATE. The ranks have been changing for awhile. Over the years changing. Some houses just don’t want to accept that ….. cough cough kappa
