Talk me through it

What is recruitment going to look like? Am I going to be asked specific questions based off my resume and video? I know there are people who match PNMs with actives. If I have someone from exec matched with me does that mean anything? Are some actives “better” to be matched with?

Don’t overthink it. You can have an exec member come talk to you and be cut the next day. All houses are suppose to make you feel welcome and having an exec say hi will for sure give you confidence. I say stay guarded and open though. Rush can be humbling!

I get matched with someone, walk in the house, talk for a few minutes and leave, right? I guess I just don’t get it.
