by: HmmIn your opinion is zeta a top or mid house? I’m hearing and seeing mixed reviews and honestly I’m confused!! I always thought they were top, what is y’all’s opinion?

In my opinion ( and just pledged a mid house last year ) I believe zeta is top for sure. I know many girls in my group that wanted them from day one. Probably the most talked about house in my group. I think there are tiers and none of the houses are better than the others within the tiers. That goes for top, mid and lower ranked houses. For the tops you either know someone or you don’t. I did not and was cut from all. I agree Tri delt is annoying in that they somehow think they are better than the rest of the mids!!!

From someone in a mid house that’s NOT a Tri delt it seems like this is just another attempt at moving themselves into top tier. They need to move someone down to move themselves. They did back to back post moving them ahead of zeta. On this site they move themselves ahead of kappa and pi phi at times. There has been a top four for atleast the past two years and yes zeta is a top house. Tri delt just stop. You compete with KD and even sometimes adpi, phi mu and axo! But especially KD.

Zeta is a top house - the lowest of the top but still top. They used to be mid, but they took Tri Delt's spot in the top four. Tri Delt is now mid and has a hard time with the truth of that. It is probably more alumni and mothers still thinking the house is top. The Tri Delts I know are very friendly and smart. Also have a gorgeous house!

I think they are top if you are from Texas and mid if you are from Arkansas. They moved up where they are because the top houses want the Arkansas girls. Which left good out of state girls with no where to go. So they went Zeta and since 60 percent of the campus is Texans they have moved up.

Yes! This exactly! And really this goes for any house. Different towns or states or high schools will all have different views on a house based on the members they know. Pi Phi took an only fans girl from my hometown last year. But they also took amazing girls from my out of state roomies high school. The houses are all like that bc they are so big.

Okay so clearly a tri delt wrote this to answer herself ……. Zeta is top and so is kappa no matter how much you hate it.
