not saying anything bad about lower ranked houses, this is just based on exclusivity.
1. chio (consistent)
2. kappa (falling)
3. pi phi (falling)
4. zeta (rising)
5. tri delt (consistent)
6. kd (rising)
7. axo (rising
8. phi mu (falling)
9. adpi (falling)
10. dg (rising)
11. aopi (rising)

How can Chi-o be rising if they are always listed as number one? Which I disagree with because I know girls that chose other houses over chi o at pref.
My take based on tiers
Of the top tier houses I would say zeta rising over the past few years. Chi o will always be consistent. Kappa has been falling for atleast two years. Pi phi had a not stellar recruitment last year but will remain consistent in my opinion.
Mid houses - Tri Delt may eventually rise into the top four but only if kappa keeps falling.
KD- could say falling because of last years great drop out BUT too good nationally to not bounce back. Therefore will say consistent
Axo rising with adpi falling. Sorry but axo has been putting in more effort than adpi the past couple of years.
Phi mu- consistent and this is not a bad thing. They do well doing recruitment and personally I think do not get enough credit on here
Dg - rising with aopi falling. The amount of effort DG and their alumni have put into their house is commendable and they will continue to rise. Their house is gorgeous!

@right nailed it. Axo did have a good recruitment last year but still not ahead of adpi in my opinion. I guess this year may bring them up if they continue to do well

ADPI is not going to drop from a mid house to a bottom house in one recruitment. That takes years of bad pc's.

Literally chi o is only a top house bc they were founded here
