Percentages and Stats

Phi Mu has a great insta up. It shows the % of girls from each state and the % for each major.
It would be so great to see these facts posted from other sororities!

Some won’t do it because it’s 90% Arkansas and they want all pnms ranking them top. That’s like 200 pnms total getting a bid from these certain “top” houses and keep in mind some of the 200 are from Dallas area with connections to some houses.

I would think Chi O has the largest percent Arkansas girls and even they are no where near 90%. That would mean in the last pledge class there are less than 15 girls from out of state-including Texas. That’s not true.

mid and lower houses will have a higher oos percentage. that should be common sense

Almost half 44% of A D Pi’s are from Texas. That’s a lot so does that mean they’re a Texas connection sorority?

Over 42% of Uark students are from texas. Texas students do not have an advantage for any house during recruitment (unless maybe they’re from the dallas area)
All the girls I know from Austin, Houston, San Antonio did not get any top houses for first round, some didn’t even get any mid

Most Ark and Texas girls with strong connections go top tier.

Mid tier sororities are 50-60% Texas and Ark girls who had good GPAs but weaker connections, and 40-50% (non-Texas) OOS - typically Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma but also from random states if you're a good fit.

Bottom tier are predominantly good OOS girls.

That is not as to say that is true of all members - because I'm sure there's a 4.0 perfect Texan/Ark girls who ended up in mid, and bottom tiers and perfect OOS girls who ended up higher tiers - it's more of a rule of thumb.
