Sorority Letters Of Rec

I know that it is strongly reccomened for those undergoing sorority recruitment to have at least one letter of rec from each house. It's pretty hard to know that many alumni from each house that would be willing to write a letter of rec. Does anyone know any alumni pages or places to go to gather letters of rec, or any alumni that could write one?

Look into your town’s Panhellenic association. Like Dallas Alum Panhellenic or Go Greek Little Rock or whatever. They can help you find people to write letters

These are not very important at all anymore. I didn’t have many of the houses last year and still got invited back. Will be important for chi o and that’s about it.

A good many sororities are now allowing third-party recs (non-alumna) as long as they are from people who know you well. Check websites of each national and see what they allow (and make a spreadsheet). If one of your teachers or school counselors or principal could do this for you it would do the job and one rec could be used as the base for multiple houses.

Ask neighbors and your parents’ friends. Put something on Facebook or have your parents put something on FB asking if anyone is in whatever sororities you still need

Try to get as many as you can. It shows interest in the sorority.

I was on recruitment team last year in an upper mid house. No one looks at these. Girls are wasting their time
