Beware of ddd follows on socials

by:

Watch out PNMs. Tri delts will start flooding your socials with follows. Don’t be fooled. Tons of actives will reach out to follow you, but they will drop you fast during recruitment if they don’t know you. Follows on socials mean little to nothing. They are just trying to make sure you rank them high so they seem like they are highly sought after.

Very true, several sororities do this (ddd, zta, kkg, chio, and more). They will even dm PNMs and like and comment on your posts. Then, after they drop you in recruitment, they unfollow and act like they don’t know you existed. Speaking from experience.

Tri delts president last year (Sydney I think) followed me and dmed me, basically said I had a bid. Got cut first round.

this is crazy to me…this is practically everything my chapter says to absolutely not do. we’d 100% go to standards and not be allowed at recruitment

DDD doesn’t care bc their exec plays a part in it, and panhellenic doesn’t really do anything about it

The top sororities don’t follow the rules. That’s partly how they get to be tops!

DDD isn’t a top house and hasn’t been in years. Since they’ve been on campus for song long they have gained favor with panhellenic but they’re not top.

@lol I agree my sorority would never do this. We’re not desperate.
