the fact people are on here saying zeta isn’t a top house shows they do not go to uark. They have been a top house for a while and tbh it has nothing to do with bama.. they are completely different.
Zetas here are definitely hot, but also smart, fun, some crazy partiers, but also really great friends. They’re the only top house that gives people a chance that aren’t in house sisters or besties from highschool so if that’s your reason for saying they’re not a top house then you need to rethink that.

Zeta is a top house and as data as actual likability is probably THE top house. No one likes Kappa, not every other Kappas, Chi O is such a weird mix of girls that all had major connections and Pi Phis are just….weird. ZTA is the only one that people actually like.
You’d be hard pressed to find someone on campus that would say anything bad about

Zeta is a great house and a top pick for OOS PNM's. In state girls don't see them as top though.
