zeta is a top house

the fact people are on here saying zeta isn’t a top house shows they do not go to uark. They have been a top house for a while and tbh it has nothing to do with bama.. they are completely different.

Zetas here are definitely hot, but also smart, fun, some crazy partiers, but also really great friends. They’re the only top house that gives people a chance that aren’t in house sisters or besties from highschool so if that’s your reason for saying they’re not a top house then you need to rethink that.

No chance this is a zeta. This is another house trying to have people “debate” if zeta is or isn’t. I don’t think it’s even in question if you have been on campus atleast one semester. I do think alums ( especially Tri Delt alums) live in the past and want it to not be true. Zeta has cute fun girls and during recruitment know how to pull girls from other top houses. Chi o and pi phi have different vibes but also get the girls they want. Kappa isn’t liked once on campus but during recruitment usually get the high school friends they are after.

Zetas are known for being friendly and outgoing and typically very pretty, although obv not all are. Zeta is absolutely above Kappa so if Kappa is a “top” then so is Zeta
