SUMMER RANKS and why

As a soon to be senior and someone that has been in a sorority all 3 (soon to be 4) years, has held high positions, been on both sides of recruitment, and recruitment team… here is how I see it
Chi o - they will be number one always, they were founded here and Parice will never let them fall. She even takes her daughter over there to hang out. The girls are cool, they all got in just bc they went to Little Rock or knew someone in the chapter. It’s just the alum that make them seem insane.
Zeta - they’re going to be second most wanted house. Zeta across the nation is a really good house, beautiful girls, well liked unless you meet a crazy one.. but at arkansas these girls are fun and down to earth.
Pi phi - they’re breaking their innocent and academic stereotype for sure. With tons of freshman getting arrested on spring break, their recruitment team falling apart (but still doing well) and everyone hating their president.. they definitely became more interesting. Plus how can you hate the angel wings..
Kappa - falling. mean snobby rich girls that love to hide behind the Bible verses in their Instagram bios. They care about how blonde their hair is and what the sigma chis think of them. Yes they have some good and very sweet girls but overall this is not the chapter people want to joint and people are noticing it.
Tri delt - I’m sorry but they are below the top houses. They are smart, know how to have a good time, creative, great at PR, and have some cool girls. A lot can be pretty mean but overall it’s a good house with a good sisterhood.
Kd - I feel kd did really good the past few years but not as good as everyone one here praises them to be. They lost top girls to tons of other mid houses and they have been having a retention problem. I personally know multiple girls that have dropped in the last year. However, they have great sisterhood, a beautiful house, and some top house quality girls.
Axo - I feel axo and kd are going to be interchangeable. They have really stepped up their game since 2020. They have really cool girls that are genuine and know how to have a good time. They have a good sisterhood, and have some good quality girls that I’m always surprised aren’t in a higher ranked house. However their banners have not been it recently and my axo friends say they haven’t done anything with merch at all with the new exec.. so that seems interesting.
Adpi - really quiet on campus but all the girls I know are so fun and really cool. They all know how to party but in the most fun way. If you want to have a good time you find an adpi and they will be the most caring and fun person you have ever hung out with. They will make a comeback this year for sure!
Phi mu - they just really want to be bama. I think they have some awesome girls and a great exec!! Their girls are stunning, fun, and are shaking off the mean girl rep but they have a lot of scandals. But they need to find their own identity and not try and copy bama every chance they get.
Dg - y’all. Dg is going UP. Razorbackchicks Instagram has been run by a DG for 3 years!! They have had a great recruitment, a beautiful house, and some really awesome girls!! I’m so excited to see how dg does in the next few years but they’re not a huge threat yet to other houses.
Aoii - someome has to be bottom and dg has just put more effort in and worked their butts off while aoii hasn’t. They just need to step their game up.

I think Phi Mu had a better recruitment than both KD and ADPI and for sure have a better retention rate. This sight just likes to bash them.

AXO is working overtime on this site. Yes, they had a great recruitment last fall, but so did ALL of the other houses! I don’t really think AXO is moving up. I think that U of A is getting better students, which makes it seem like AXO is rising.

Your information is wrong. ADPI and KD both had higher recruitment numbers and kept more of their pc's than Phi Mu. I will give it to Phi Mu though. They had a better recruitment last fall and can top AXO this year if they do it again.

I genuinely think they’re just doing better for a newer house.. lets say compared to phi mu. axo has a better reputation. with them being more active they are rising. obviously every house is amazing but don’t discredit the hard work they and other houses are definitely doing

There is a lot I disagree with. First of all it’s tiers. Second of all KD, ADPI, TRI DELT and PHI MU are equal during recruitment!

This is spot on ! I would add though that pi phi is having an identity issue or something. I have a very good friend that is a pi phi and she said there is a lot of in house fighting. Sisterhood at this present time is struggling!

I don’t think axo is ahead of adpi? I had a top and adpi on pref and almost chose adpi!

Woah this is the most accurate descriptions post on here. I think it’s still tiers and not 1-11 though. There are girls that will like kappas vibe over zeta for example. I will agree kappas are rude and judgmental but there are girls that thrive being like that and we all knew them in high school. AXO ADPI and KD will do equally well and very interchangeable. It will be who the pnm’s are paired with during recruitment as to who is their favorite. Phi mu are girls that didn’t make the cut at Zeta and are bitter because of it which is where the meaness comes in. They were hot stuff in high school and believe they deserve to be in a top house. DG will be moving up over the next few years and you heard it here first! Chi o will always be the most difficult house to get into because of their history. Girls in Arkansas grow up wanting to be chi o’s because that’s what their moms tell them and that’s ok! Probably the most diverse group of girls because of this.

Agree with this but chi o does not get every girl they want. I was “topped” by them and chose a different house! I expanded past my high school friends and know of one other girl that also chose another house over them

I know two girls that cut chi o ( or ranked low) before pref. They do not always get all the girls they want. Little Rock always has a clique of girls that pledge as well as Mempis and Kansas City.

@woah has it correct especially about phi mu! They are bitter because they truly believe they should be in a top house. All houses are good at uark and they should be proud of theirs!

Kappa goes after their high school friends. Zeta does as well. They just come from different locations so the girls are different.

Interesting kappa has fallen to fourth. I came on here because my cousin is about to go through recruitment just to see if anything has changed. When I graduated five years ago kappa competed only with chi o. Are they really this disliked now?

I’ll just say everyone makes mistakes and unfortunately actions from hs can make you a reputation risk in rush, houses will talk to each other. Be careful y’all, specially during this “woke” era

From what my pi phi friends have told me she was just really mean, didn’t give credit to anyone, yelled a lot, was really strict, and overall acted like a tyrant than a member herself

the only truth in this post about zeta is that a zeta wrote it. zeta is by far not above tri delt and NO WAY above piphi or kkg. they continue to troll this site trying to make their house “top”. they are not. ask any pnm. if you had to choose zeta over ddd, piphi and kkg, they would not. desperate house trying to hang onto bama rush. that doesn’t work at ark.

I am NOT a zeta ( I don’t care if you believe it or not ) but you clearly do not go to MY university. You’re obviously a Tri delt alum ( or mom) that does not have a clue what they are talking about. I don’t even think an active Tri Delt member would write that. I think the top house all lose to each other as well as the mid houses. BUT rarely do any of them lose to Tri Delt. Like come on…

Zta is a top house. They are the least exclusive of the top houses but they are still a top house and they are far above tri delt. Tri delt still wants to claim a top house spot but they aren't. They are a mid level house.

You’re just gonna say I’m a zeta bc that’s what you say if you don’t like something you read BUT but I’m not.
I’m in a lower tier house but if given a choice btwn ZTA, pi phi, DDD and KKG it would not even be a question — I’d choose ZTA all day every day with phi phi as my next choice, then DDD.
If my only option was kappa I’d just quit recruitment

Zeta has risen in the ranks and are very much liked by most people on campus. If you disagree that they are not a top house then you either don’t go here or were cut by them and bitter. Chi o is the most exclusive with pnm’s being chosen ( by alumni) sometimes years before rush. Founded here and although there are girls that rank them lower for other houses they usually get 95 percent of the girls they are going for. Pi phi is going through it right now but they will recover and will forever stay a top house. They have an amazing national reputation and beautiful house on campus. Kappa will stay a top house because of the huge cut numbers given to them by Panhellenic the first night. They would be shocked to know how low they are actually ranked by a majority of pnm’s. I have two close friends that are gamma chis and both said the same thing. My opinion is they don’t put in as much effort during recruitment because they think they don’t have too. That’s the top four in no particular order ( except maybe chi o) because it is tiers not 1-11 as to how pnm’s rank houses.

People keep ignoring the rate that Zetas drop. They do spring rush because they can’t keep members. They rush strong but then what? I would not consider them a second rank house.
