Changes Over the Years

Old timer here, I have a niece going through recruitment in the fall and she was talking about current tiers and they're definitely different than when I was here. I honestly forgot this site even existed but I thought maybe I could find some answers to what caused the changes.
I'm assuming time is what helped the newer chapters like Phi Mu and Alpha Chi rise up the ranks, but when did ADPI become a mid tier? Them being last was the one thing that people used to be able to agree on.
Some things like Chi O and Kappa seem like they're not going to change but what happened to cause Tri Delt to fall out of the top houses? I remember people defending the old top houses and saying that they would never change but it sounds like it has.
Also when did AOPI become the bottom house? They were still newish but climbing when I was here so it was a surprise to see them below DG with it being so new. I expected them to be better ranked with there being so many newer chapters on campus now.

This is my third year and ADPi has been a mid house since I've been here. AXO and Phi Mu are rising but still cannot be as selective during recruitment so they do have some drama with mean girls.
AOII has been the lowest house as well. They struggle with recruitment and retaining numbers. DG has worked really hard and did better in the last two years. They are seen as above AOII now.
I don't know when Tri delt became a mid house, but it was at least 8 years ago when my oldest sister was here. Zeta was a mid house but took Tri delt's place as a top house. I'd say they are the lowest top house, but they are very much liked around campus. Zeta's are super sweet, beautiful, and fun.
Things do change, but it typically isn't done from one recruitment to the next.

Times have changed over the last five years or so.Junior with a sister that graduated two years ago. Tri delt has fallen because their girls are little awkward. Not all of them but that’s what I remember going through recruitment. Phi mu takes a lot of rep risk. Zeta has moved up based on having personality plus during recruitment. I am
a chi o and no matter what people say on here we are still number one but I did like zeta during recruitment and have several fun zeta friends. Kappas are just stuck up with zero reason to be and do not a have good sisterhood at all. So they have dropped. Everyone knows it but them. Pi phi has stayed the same and aopi has lost to dg simply because dg has a much better new house and involved alumni. Adpi has always been mid. Cute fun girls! I can axo rising in the future! Great rush last year.
