these are just opinions from the last few years and past recruitments/how active they have been/grades/reputations!!!

PiPhi & Kappa are never dropping, there is too much backing and history with these two houses
KD not doing good, so from before to now they’re dropping, too many dropped this year and they’re just not what they used to be
AXO had one good recruitment and thinks they are passing mid houses it takes more than one good recruitment, plus lost the good batch of girls they got
ADPI had a bad video during recruitment and all of the sudden are dropping, not true, they are the most chill girls around, just because they are minding their own business does not mean they’re dropping

axo has had 2 great recruitments, have been very active on campus, and have been putting in a lot of effort and gaining popularity on campus recently so I would say that’s rising.
Kd is a great great house but yeah recently they are just not the same anymore.
Tri delt is def rising again! They know what they did the past few years that went wrong and now they’re changing!!
I would say kappa is dropping and pi phi is rising. Kappa doesn’t put any effort into anything and they have had multiple bad rushes. Their last decent one was 2020. Pi phi is smart, fun, knows how to party, but also are very classy. They have great recruitments no matter the circumstances and overall are a great house.
Adpi is just never talked about and yeah they may be chill but if other people are putting in effort then they’re going to rise above them. Plus they’re in girls bottom 3 first round of recruitment.

Pi phi has only had one shaky recruitment ( last year) while kkg has had two in row losing ALOT of their tops to both pi phi and zeta. Pi phi staying the same or rising. KKG IS dropping

Chi o is chi o. Will stay the same and recruit cliques of girls from the same school they always recruit from. And they will get them.
Kappa - dropping without a doubt. They have been losing tops to BOTH pi phi and zeta and are the least liked house on campus
Zeta has been steadily rising and was heavily boosted by bama rush last year
Pi phi is staying top with one shaky recruitment not affecting them. Girls getting in trouble over spring break most likely helps their boring image
Tri Delt is another house staying the same with being a bit above all the rest of the mid houses. Their alumni are active and put all their efforts back into their house. Kappa alums just like to take the girls money and embarrass them during bid day and functions with low budgets
Axo is rising with two great recruitments and active members.
KD is dropping just like their girls
Adpi did not have a great recruitment but predict they will rise this fall
Aopi dropping while DG is risen with active alumni support.

I agree with this one! One exception? Although KD had girls drop like flies this year, I think they are too strong to not have a comeback in the fall. Not sure if AXO is on their level although I agree they had a great recruitment last year

this is not true. Tri delt and Kd numbers are much higher than adpi. Return numbers for adpi and phi mu were the same for last recruitment. Adpi also has a lower chapter gpa than the other three houses I just mentioned.

This is so true. It took many years for zta to move ahead of tri delt. There will be no major movement this fall. The four top houses will stay that way.

honestly kappa got the girls they wanted last year and this year. they didn’t lose out any more than the other houses did in their tier. that’s why it’s tiers not #1 #2 and so on. they just get bashed on here for being superficial and mean.

@realtea pi phi and Kappa might not be dropping according to panhellenic but in popularity they are. Pi phi maybe not but def Kappa.
KD had some girls drop but I think the number has been exaggerated.
ADPi used to be higher than they are now so yea I’d call that dropping
TriDelt, AXO and PM are all rising
