I loveee seeing all the recruitment team pics for the chapters!!!! it’s such a good way to tell how strong their recruitment is going to be with seeing and knowing the teams!!

So far my favs are axo and chi o! They both did studio pics but they’re both very different!! Chi o did florals and maxi dresses which were gorgeoussssss and then axo did white t shirts and then pink dresses which was so classy and precious!!!

I think kappa is my least favorite, they’re just boring and they didn’t put a lot of effort into it.. like they always dont for recruitment 🫢🫢

aoii isn’t good either… worse than kappa but at least they put effort into it. kappa didn’t even hire a photographer and spent 10 minutes infront of their house

Who really cares what their recruitment team pictures look like???? If you are making your decisions on pictures of people and not the actual people, or how the recruitment team runs recruitment, you are nuts!!!
