Tiers Tiers Tiers 2023 !!

These houses do lose tops to each other!
Chi o Pi Phi Zeta and Kappa
I understand no one likes change but like the zetas or not their return rates put them solidly in with the other houses. Ask any gamma chi you know and they will tell you that. No explanation for this except they have outgoing girls that give off positive vibes during recruitment. Kappas mean, judgmental reputation is following them back home and they are simply not as desired as they use to be.
Tri Delt is its own tier and occasionally will steal from the top four. Their house on maple is amazing and outside of chi o have the best alumni support.
KD ADPI PHI MU - return rates are the same. Bring on the Phi Mu haters that will thumbs down this per usual.
AXO - they had an amazing recruitment last year and if that happens again could switch places with ADPI and KD. After recruitment ( especially this past year) girls that pledged KD drop like flies. Not sure what’s going on over there.
DG did have a better recruitment than AOPI last year but for now both are equal. I continue to see DG rising though

Pi phi and zeta are both well liked on campus and if we did spring recruitment they would probably be ahead of both chi o and kappa. Ahead of kappa for sure. Tri Delt may even rise above kappa. Kappas have such a bad attitude and are super judgmental. AXO did well but it takes more than just one recruitment to move up in ranks. I heard KD lost girls because they didn’t like their pledge trainer. It may affect them next recruitment. Phi mu isn’t as low as this site tries to make them. A lot of girls do like them during recruitment. They do take a lot of rep risk though.
