Kappa can be moved up to equal with pi phi and zeta but they are lying to themselves if they think they are ahead of either one. They get ranked low over and over by pnm’s ( yes even by girls on their top list) but they simply choose to ignore that fact to make themselves feel better.

KD isn’t on Tri Delts level. ( I know this will get a lot of thumbs down)
Kappa will still get 95 percent of the girls they want (and the other three top houses will as well). Kappa will flood girls with follows and likes in the spring. The pnms will then know they are on kappas radar and be flattered therefore will not rank them low night one ( nor should they) which will ensure kappas return rate is close to 100 percent. This is important in order for Panhellenic to keep giving them large cut numbers night one. It’s much easier to have an awesome return rate when you only have to worry about 500 girls ranking you low versus a lower tier house having to worry about 2,000. If lucky these girls on kappas radar may keep one other top to round three but only a super small percentage will have two top houses at pref. If a top house even remotely thinks you’re going to pledge another house they will cut you and move on to the next girl. This is how top houses stay top and it’s extremely difficult to move into that tier. Zeta in my opinion has been moving into that tier over the past few years and last year solidified that. 100 percent not a zeta but if you know many gamma chi’s than you know this is true.
Mid houses - I would say there is upper mid with Tri delt.
The rest - ADPI, PHI MU, KD and possibly AXO and they are all equal.
I am in one of these houses and after three recruitments I believe it’s all about the girl in front of you during recruitment. How they pair the actives and pnm’s is crucial and if you get stuck with a girl you don’t click with you’re going to rank that house low.
Aopi and dg unfortunately rarely get to cut girls. That being said they both end up with awesome girls because overall really great girls go through rush at uark!

Axo had a great recruitment but not sure if they are “equal” with KD. Adpi and axo are equal though

Phi mu often has girls that also have Tri Delt for pref. Pretty equal during recruitment although Tri Delt doesn’t want to hear that.

all of the houses have great girls! aoii and dg just don't get to cut as many girls so they're not as "exclusive"/"desirable". when you're thinking about rush in this sense, it's like a numbers game

Kappa will always be a highly desired house. Although they lost some great girls to other houses. The zistas need to hop off here. Kd has had members drop. Not sure how they’re on the same level as Tri Delt. Axo has had great PC’s the past couple of years.
In my opinion, kd adpi axo phi mu, are all of the similar “status” it just depends on the kind of girls you mesh with or “vibe” if you will.
Aopi and dg will always be bottom. They kinda get whoever is leftover. Aopi to me seems to have more party/pretty girls. Dg has been patrolling this website recently and really trying to make themselves seem like more than they are.

All houses have some party/pretty girls. Your point about AOPi is weak.
