Is Zeta a top house or no?

I mean if you “learn a lot being a gamma chi” you might think one of the first things you’d learn is idk how many sororities we actually have?

Gamma chi this past year and in MY group zeta was often ranked above pi phi and sometimes even above kappa. They have been rising the past five years or so. One or two recruitments won’t change a “ranking” but that’s why there should be tiers versus 1-12.
I am in a mid to lower tier house before anyone accuses me of being a zeta. You learn a lot being a gamma chi. Rankings for one are not how you think they will be. Plenty of girls ranked chi o at the bottom. That is not how it works with Panhellenic though so it’s irrelevant.
In my group many of my girls put adpi and kd in the bottom three the first night. Does that mean they are the bottom two? No. But my roommate ( she was a gamma chi the last two years) and I both agree that it was shocking seeing how pnm’s actually ranked the houses.
