axo (on the rise this year, cool girls)
adpi (not a lot of talk this year, falling a little bit still very liked on campus)
dg (amazing recruitment this year, great girls, active, loved on campus)
phi mu (too many scandals, but pretty girls)
aoii (rude, party, weird.. I’m sorry!)

Phi mu has been working hard to turn around their mean girl rep
Tri Delt and KD are equal and with similiar vibes
Pi phi and zeta are equal but VERY different vibes ( over achievers, respected, classy vs fun, friendly partiers)
This will get a thumbs down because Tri Delts can’t stand being put on the same level as KD!
I will say kappa has fallen the couple of few years and probably the least liked on campus.

Agree phi mu has some very sweet girls! I don’t think during recruitment KD and Tri Delt are equal. KD is still a great house though. Agree with the rest

I agree during recruitment tri delt has a better retention rate than KD but also agree the two houses have extremely similar vibes.

Tri delt and kd retention numbers are the same ( I am in one house and one of my best friends is in the other and we were both gamma chis.)
Adpi is not far behind the statistical percentages.

Agree phi mu gets sooo much hate on here. The girls are fun and majority are nice. Not sure what the issue is?

@denise. You can’t imagine KD and Tri Delt having the same retention numbers. Tri Delt cut way more girls first night than KD did

Kappa never has been and won't be lower than tri delt - ever. Kappa may not be the most liked house on campus, but they have almost 100% return rates during recruitment. Only kappa, chi o, and pi phi have that. Tri delt does well as a mid house during recruitment, but they are still a mid house with kd and ad pi.

And what are you? in highschool or a kappa? we’re both on the site so you can’t really say anything. Personal experience, kappas are mean mean girls. very few are genuinely nice and don’t just care about looks/money. they dirty rush, treat people lesser than them if they don’t think they’re on their “level”, and don’t put any effort into recruitment or their house. It is frustrating seeing them praised all the time when they honestly don’t deserve it as of recently. I’m sharing my experience, so maybe you should look in the mirror when talking about bitterness.

Pi phi didn’t have even close to 100 percent retention rate this year. They had legacies and tops cut them early. This past recruitment zeta did better than pi phi. Pi Phi is an amazing house ( far better than kappa in most people’s opinion) but the truth is the truth for last fall.

You just really can’t rank. There’s too many variables. There’s hard to get in to sorority rank, most liked sorority rank, most genuine and down to earth rank, most fun and party rank. If you only want a sorority because it’s hard to get in to your probably looking for a different kind of sorority then if you want the most genuine or most fun.
That’s why there are so many arguments on here!
