Is there any way to see the numbers on how many girls have dropped as of now?
How many girls didn’t get initiated in each house?
How many have dropped since in each house?

I am on Panhellenic and know a few things to be true…
Chi o usually has the best retention rate. Their girls are picked years in advance and super strong alumni support.
Zeta the past couple of years have had the most active members on campus so based on that they must have a very good retention rate
Aopi and dg does struggle to keep members until initiation. DG has been doing better and have many great involved members.
KD has had a huge amount of pnm’s quit this semester. From what I have been told they do not have great leadership this year

Confused. Zeta does spring rush is why they have the most members or is someone asking if they do?
They didn’t last year but maybe in the past? Prob doesn’t mean people drop. But that they take some because it’s more money
