phi mu is nowhere near kd or adpi. they are closer to axo. I do agree that kappa sig should be lower.

Pi phi did not do that well this past recruitment. Last year yes this year no so for that reason I would switch pi phi /zeta. Kappa is not on the same level as Tri Delt ( they are still a top house!) although I agree they have been slipping the past couple of years.
Tri Delt and Phi mu compete for girls that don’t have connections for top four. This will get thumbs down for saying that but raise your hand if you had a top and phi mu for pref. AXO and ADPI are equal as well as DG and AOPI.
Chi o is just Chi o. Founded here with strong alumni support ( money) and will stay number one for those reasons. Doesn’t mean all girls want to be chi o and that some of their tops don’t go elsewhere, but it does mean it is the most difficult house to get a bid from.
