Why are kappa pnms so mean?

Why are these girls so antisocial with other houses and down right mean? I know many of them were cut from other houses during recruitment and cried about it. Now that they are kappas, they act like they are above everyone else …even the ones who cut them. Am I the only one who this confuses? 🤨 Do they train them to be like this on bid day? I knew girls who seemed so sweet before pledging kappa 😢. So confusing.
